We are always on the move and kick off to summer 2019 is going to be a little different.

It's a longtime in the making for Ernie and I...our adventure started in 2001 at a college dance floor, dark and crowded, but somehow we found each other and from that night we started adventures together. After the dance ended we decided (well, his friends convinced me and my friends to jump into the diversion dam up Provo Canyon. He got my number and from that night on we've been joined at the hip.
For the first three weeks after meeting Ernie called me "the woman of his dreams"...no one knew my name...
It really has been a dream being married, 17 years later we have had an awesome time together, separately, and with our kids. We try and allow ourselves time to be just us, with our friends, family, with kids, and with one another. We feel so strongly to provide time to be in all different situations to provide, relief from the mundane schedule, explore who we are separately and together in every situation. It keeps us grounded in our relationship and with who we are as individuals. It's nice to miss each other, and to know that the other one misses you.
NOW for the next chapter of adventure...(I've started this new website as it seems like blogs have been outdated since the last time I was on here.) You can check out my old blog from way back in the day at lifeofsorensens@blogspot.com
We are starting a big adventure next week!!! We have had a company in SLC called Sprinter Engineering to convert a Sprinter Van into a camper/rv, or whatever you want to call it. We'll be traveling around in the lower 48 (on the west coast) for about a month and then driving it back up here to Alaska, and then the hope and dream is to travel around more in AK the rest of the summer.
We're so excited and it's been a long time coming. We've wanted to do this or something like this or a few years now and we finally have the chance to do it. I'll be updating this website as well as our new instagram account with our trip details, adventures, tips, fears, troubles and so forth. We're excited to share our adventure!1
It'll be close quarters for us all, and hopefully we can do it and still all like each other in the end. We shall see...eeeeeekkkk!!!!! So follow along on here or on instagram at @sorensenadventures and see where this new adventure takes us.
